Please do not tell other people your log in details, password, or any other piece of information that is part of our security procedures. We take steps to prevent people misusing the Diverse BCP websites and to make sure that our rights are not affected. • you shall inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being used or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner;

• you accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur at or through your Diverse BCP Account (whether authorised or not); and you shall ensure that all information that you provide to us is and remains at all times true, correct and complete.

• We process information about you in line with our Privacy Policy By using the Diverse BCP websites, you agree to the way in which we process your personal information.

Listing on Diverse BCP

The prices and the terms of payment for a paid listing and entry in Diverse BCP are displayed at all times on this website, including the point where you choose to make a purchase.

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us, with termination taking effect from the end of the validity period covered by the last annual payment made. For instances where a subscriber requires a listing to be removed immediately, please contact us. A refund for the remaining subscription period will not be offered. If a subscriber removes their listing within the 12 month period any reinstatement of the said listing will be charged at the price rate of the original subscription.

 

Please Note: Any hyperlinks to external websites included within paid for subscriptions will be non-indexable. To add other types of hyperlinks to Diverse BCP, please contact us.

 

Subscribers

Your dealings with subscribers or Companies and any entity whatsoever as found through Diverse BCP and this service are solely between you and such Company, Partnership or entity. You agree that we will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of such dealings or as the result of the presence of a listing on this Service.

 

Emails & Telephone

You agree to be contacted only in relation to the service we have provided you via the email or telephone number provided at submission of your listing.

 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Diverse BCP, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Sites you submit, or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

 

Limits to our liability

You acknowledge and agree that computer and telecommunications systems are not uninterrupted or fault free and we do not make any representation or warranty in relation to such systems. You further acknowledge and agree that occasional periods of downtime for repair, maintenance and upgrading may be required and we cannot therefore guarantee uninterrupted provision of the Diverse BCP websites. We will take all commercially reasonable steps to minimise any such periods of interruption or non-availability.

 

You acknowledge and agree that we make no warranty and give no representation of any kind in relation to third party data and we accept no responsibility or liability for inaccuracy in or arising out of third-party data.

 

Nothing in these Conditions shall limit or exclude liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Under no circumstances will the Diverse BCP Personnel or any other organisation involved in creating, producing, maintaining, or distributing the Diverse BCP websites be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses or damage were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):

• loss of revenue

• loss of actual or anticipated profits (including for loss of profits on contracts);

• loss of anticipated savings;

• loss of business;

• loss of opportunity;

• loss of goodwill;

• loss of reputation;

• loss of, damage to or corruption of data or software;

• wasted expenditure; or

• any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused.

 

We are not liable to you for any loss whether they are because we have not kept to our obligations or contract, because of our negligence, due to defamatory statements or liability for a product or service or otherwise as a result of:

• using or relying on the Diverse BCP websites;

• not being able to use the Diverse BCP websites;

• any mistake, fault, failure to do something, missing information, or virus on the Diverse BCP websites or if it does not work properly because of incidents outside of our control such as (but not limited to) interruptions to communication and networks and circumstances beyond our control;

• the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

• the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, and

• the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations.

• no information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Diverse BCP or through the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms and conditions.

Submitting photos and videos to Diverse BCP

You confirm that any image or video submitted to us belongs to you or you have permission to submit it. You also agree that we have permission to use it on any of our network of websites and social media pages and can also upload it to image or video sharing websites like YouTube for example. You agree to indemnify us from all responsibility and not hold us responsible for displaying your image or video.

 

 

Content you submit

You confirm that any information submitted, including text, images, sounds, videos belong to you, or you have permission to submit them, you also agree that we have permission to use it on any of our network of websites and social media pages and can also upload it to video sharing websites like YouTube for example. You agree to indemnify us from all responsibility and not hold us responsible for displaying any information you submit to us.

 

You agree that you have the rights to submit all Content* to “Diverse BCP” and that you grant “Diverse BCP” and “Born Bilingual Ltd” a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence (with right to sub-licence) to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform any Content you provide.

 

When signing up with Diverse BCP you agree that we may occasionally contact you by phone, email or mail with regard special offers, upgrade options, enhanced listings, etc. You may change your mind about this at any time by writing to or emailing us at support@diversebcp.co.uk.

 

* Content means but is not restricted to: Drawings, Photographs, Logos, Videos, Audio files, Graphics, Text.

 

Note: We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. These terms and conditions were updated on 21/12/2021 and apply to all listings submitted from this date until the date these terms are updated again. Please check our Terms and Conditions regularly.

 

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from:

• the use of the inability to use the service;

• the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;

• statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or

• any other matter relating to the service.

 

Trademark Information & Intellectual Property Rights

Diverse BCP trademarks and service marks, and other Diverse BCP logos and product and service names are trademarks of Diverse BCP and Born Bilingual Ltd. Without our prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the Diverse BCP logos.

 

Copyrights

Diverse BCP respects the intellectual property of others, and we expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been infringed or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide us with the following information:

• an electronic or physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright;

• a description of the infringed copyrighted work;

• a description of where the infringing material is located on the site;

• your address, email address, and telephone number;
